Rolla Holdco (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) is a health & fitness platform that allows you to track your health metrics, your fitness activities as well as your overall diet. Your privacy is important to us (“Customer” , “You” , “User”, “Your”) , therefore we’ve written this policy to help you understand what information we collect, use and share. This Privacy Policy is subject to change. Should we make any changes to the privacy policy, we’ll notify you by changing the “Last modified” date at the top of the policy as well as sending you an email newsletter a week before change. In some cases we’ll send you a notification or make a statement on our website about the changes in our policy. Should you decide to not accept Privacy Policy and its future changes, note that we are obligated to delete your account and data it’s associated with as Rolla cannot provide services if you do not allow Rolla necessary permissions such as: Location, Camera, Bluetooth and similar which are required in order for our apps to successfully work.

We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy whenever you interact with our applications and make a note of the changes made in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect necessary information in order to provide you with the best possible experience. However, we do not intentionally collect information from children under 16 years of age. If you are aware of a child under 16 years of age that is using our services, kindly report the account to privacy@rolla.appThe following is the information we collect: Information you provide us with, Information about your app usage, Information we collect with third-party tracking service providers.
Information You Provide To Us
In order to use one of the Rolla applications, you need to create an account.
Upon account creation we ask you to provide us with the following:

1. Your First and Last Name
2. Your Email Address
3. Your Height & Weight
4. Your Date of Birth
5. Your Country
6. Your Time Zone

Your age, height and weight are used to accurately track your weight changes using the Diet module of Rolla One application. We also collect any other information you provide us with, such as your profile picture or an avatar. Since you only need one account to use the Rolla One & Rolla World application, make sure to be aware of the information you share since some of the information will be public when using the Rolla World application. Since Rolla World is a Virtual Cycling, Running & Jogging application, you’ll workout with others and your first and last name will be made public so others can see you on the leaderboard. If you prefer not to disclose your first and last name, you are free to use alternate first and/or last name. Should you use third party service registration, such as Gmail, we collect information you’ve provided to Gmail which consists of: your first and last name, birthdate, gender, country, time zone, your profile picture. Finally, we collect any information you provide us with, whether you participate in a contest, fill out a job application or a survey, or interact with us on third-party social media platforms or when requesting customer support.
Information about your in-app activity:
When using our applications, in order to deliver you the best possible experience we can, we collect information about your in-app activity.

Diet module is a weight management section within the Rolla One app. In order to effectively and accurately use weight tracking and calculate your weight change, we collect information such as meals you’ve added, calories consumed, weight goals and weight you’ve provided us with.

Activities module in the Rolla One application is designed to monitor your fitness activities. If you choose to engage in Virtual Jogging, Cycling, or Running, you will need to download the Rolla World application. All Virtual Activities are initiated from the Rolla One Activities module. When utilizing the Activities module in the Rolla One app and the Rolla World app, we gather the following data: Activity Type, Routes selected if you’re using Virtual activities, Devices connected, Goals, Your Pace, Duration of the activity, Distance done, Calories Burned, Cadence, Energy Expenditure, Heart Rate if you’ve connected HR Monitor or Device that tracks your heart rate. Power, Functional Threshold Power, Speed.

Finally, there is some information that we collect automatically from you.
Such information is log information which helps us understand which Rolla One app version you have, mobile device details, your IP address, hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.
Information we collect with third-party services:
We use different third-party service providers to collect certain information including but not limited to: cookies, web beacons, advertising and analytics tools and software development kits “SDKs”.

If you connect Garmin or other services we may collect information from that service. The information we collect depends on the information you decide to share with us.
Tracking Technologies
We may also partner with selected third-party vendors to allow tracking and remarketing services on our web & mobile app.

In order to provide you with the best possible experience and improve our application, we may partner up with following third-party vendors:
1. Google Analytics - analytics tool used for web & app tracking.
2. Mixpanel - analytics tool used to understand your in-app behavior whose analysis we use to improve your experience.
3. Adjust - mobile measurement partner allows us to understand from which campaign customers are coming from and allows us to tailor your ad experience

Use Of Information

Rolla doesn’t sell or rent your personal identifiable information to third parties.
In order to help us understand your app experience we may share your information with third-party service providers such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adjust, Email Marketing Tools and Advertising tools such as Facebook, Google, Bing, Apple. The information we collect from you and third-party services is used to but not limited to:

1. Sending you updates, security alerts, customer support messages
2. Monitor and analyze trends, web and app usage and activities in connection with our applications
3. Personalize and improve your web & app experience, provide advertisements, content or features that match your preferences.
4. Communicate with you about products, services and offers offered by Rolla

We may also allow you to share your information on other services. For example, you may want to integrate Rolla One with Strava. When you integrate with other services, we share your information to those services based on what you allow to share.

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as it is necessary. We do not have a set limit we reach until we remove your data. Should you decide to delete your account, your Personal Identifiable Information is deleted, however we do keep in-app activity information. Since your personal identifiable information is deleted, we cannot connect in-app activity information with you. Or you may reach out to us at in order to remove your account along with your data.

Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts

Should you consent to marketing, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. It’s possible for you to stop receiving these messages at any time by adjusting the notification settings on your mobile device.
