What do I need to start exercising with Rolla?

All you need to do is instal, login and choose one of the available activities.

Are Rolla applications free and how do I download them?

Our apps are free of charge and available to download on multiple platforms. Please note that our apps are still in development, and current releases are in beta, so you may experience some bugs.

Do I need an account to use Rolla?

Yes, and currently, you can sign up with your email, Google, or Apple account.

What happens if I accidentally delete my Rolla application?

If you ever accidentally delete any of the Rolla applications, there's no need to worry. You can simply reinstall the app and log in again, and all of your data will still be there waiting for you. This is because your profile is stored on our servers, so you won't lose anything by reinstalling the app or installing it on another device.

Do I need an internet connection to use Rolla?

You don’t need an internet connection in order to track Outdoor activities, however you will need an internet connection to participate in Virtual activities. Additionally, your smartphone & display device need to be on the same network.

What do I need to cycle virtually?

To cycle virtually, you need a bike with a smart traineron your smartphone, and on your computer/tablet.

What do I need to jog virtually?

To jog virtually, you need a smartphone with installed, and a computer/tablet with installed.

Which heart rate monitors are compatible with Rolla?

Rolla Active officially supports:

- Polar (H9, H10, and OH1)
- Wahoo TICKR (X, and FIT)
- Garmin heart rate monitors.

Every Heart rate monitor that is capable of transmitting data via Bluetooth should work with Rolla One, but we can't guarantee that.

Which step sources are compatible with Rolla?

Any step source that has bluetooth capability should be able to connect to Rolla One.

Which bike trainers are compatible with Rolla?

For the bike trainer to work with Rolla, it must have a Bluetooth connection for transmitting data to and from Rolla. These types of bike trainers are called smart bike trainers. Rolla Oneofficially supports:

- Technogym Ride
- Tacx (Neo 2T, Neo 2, Neo, Flux 2, Flux S, Vortex Smart, Flow Smart, Bushido and Genius)
- Wahoo (Kickr, Kickr Core, and Kickr Snap)
- Wattbike (Atom, Atom Next Generation, Pro, Trainer, Icon, and Atomx)
- Bkool Smart Bike

Rolla also supports Garmin Rally XC200 power meter pedals.

Rolla One can’t find my power source/step source/heart rate monitor.

Make sure that device itself has bluetooth capability, bluetooth on smartphone is on, and battery on external device isn’t empty. Additionally, if it's a bike trainer that is not visible, unplug it from the power outlet, wait a minute and plug it back in.

Does Rolla support ANT+ devices?

Rolla does not currently support ANT+.

Why are my calories/steps on Rolla not matching the calories/steps on some other apps/devices?

The calories/steps shown on Rolla are calculations based on a specific algorithm. Other fitness apps calculate these metrics with their algorithms.

My Rolla World display is not visible on Rolla Active.

Make sure that both devices are connected to the same network.

I can see my display, but I can't connect to it.

If you run Rolla World on a Windows machine, please make sure that Rolla World is allowed through a Windows Firewall and that Network discovery is turned on.
